SHOW
Show time: 1 hour 15 minutes (non-stop)
Staff: 32 persons including 15 trapezists and 3 musicians
Number of shows per day: 1
Night show with possible matinée on Sundays

BIG TOP
Preliminary check-up of the site: compulsory, to be taken care of by the organizer
Stage space: 80x80 m. (including security space and air blowing engine)
Ground: flat, even, hard, 0% to maximum 1% gradient
2 access roads for security
the ground is to be cleaned the day before setting up
Water supply: closer than 200 m. to the site (fire hydrant, water point, river, sea, fire brigade)
Water evacuation
Electricity: 250 A. per phase
Fuel: to be provided and delivered (in cold weather only)
Compulsory inspection by security commission (APAVE)
Extra heatings by cold weather only

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Handling:
Setting up: 15 people for the first 3 days
7 people for the 4th day
Dismantling: 15 people for 2 days
3 technicians for lights and 1 for sound (setting up and dismantling)
1 electrician on the site, as from the start of the setting up, for electrical installation
1 referent general engineer, available during the whole stay
Security surveillance for the whole duration of the stay
8 persons for reception and security of the public
Ticket sales are the responsibility of the organizer
Security gates (about 300 m)
Ballast tubes to be filled with water (about 240m3)
Cleaning of the inflatable (picking up leaflets and replacing headrests every night after the show- about 15 minutes for the reception staff)
Accurate weather report, daily


MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS
The organizer shall provide the Company, as from the day of their arrival, with:
4 toilets and a shower-block (5 showers minimum) - cleaned daily
2 garbage containers
Fenwick truck
1 manuscopic fork-lift truck (maximum body height: 2 m 70 / minimum fork height: 13 m )
1 double "Portakabin" office + 2 telephone plugs (subscription to be taken care of by the organizer, communications paid by Les Arts Sauts) + ISDN (ADSL) high speed internet connection.
2 double "Portakabin" dressing-rooms with tables and chairs
1 triple "Portakabin" classroom (or a room close to the site for the children's school)
Toilets for the public
Provide water during setting up, shows and dismantling
Mixed accommodation: arrange for caravan space with water, evacuation and electricity (125 A/PH)
5 single, comfortable hotel rooms close to the site

ON THE SITE
Arrange for parking space for:
7 container-trucks (including space for one at the back of the inflatable for the air blowing engine)
30 vehicles (caravans, trucks, buses…)


TECHNICAL PLANNING

On the previous day: arrival during the day, establishing pathways for the five containers and unloading.
Provide a detailed access map to reach the site (with large trucks)
Put the site at our disposal with electrical and water installation

SETTING UP, Day 1:
Meeting at 9 a.m.
Requirements:
15 people
3 lights technicians
1 electrician
1 manuscopic Fenwick fork-lift truck (see technical card)

Schedule:
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
(Arrange for firemen's visit around 9 a.m. then appointment at 12 a.m.)

SETTING UP, Day 2:
Meeting at 9 a.m.
Requirements:
15 people
3 lights technicians
1 sound technician
1 manuscopic Fenwick fork-lift truck

Schedule:
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

SETTING UP, Day 3:
Meeting at 9 a.m.
Requirements:
15 people
3 lights technicians
1 sound technician
1 manuscopic Fenwick fork-lift truck

Schedule:
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Arrange for security commission to visit the site


SETTING UP, Day 4:

Meeting at 9 a.m.

SHOWS:
Requirements:
Before the show:
4 people at entrance doors (outside), 2 at each door, to check tickets
4 people at entrance doors (inside) to usher in the spectators

During the show:
Inside: 4 people, 1 at each door, to manage spectators' movements during the show (these people will be in charge of picking up the leaflets and replacing the headrests on the deckchairs)
Outside: outside security and management of latecomers

DISMANTLING, After the last show :
Requirements :
8 people
1 manuscopic Fenwick fork-lift truck

Schedule :
Right after the show for about 4 hours

DISMANTLING, Day 1 and 2:
Requirements:
15 people
3 lights technicians
1 sound technician
1 manuscopic Fenwick fork-lift truck

2.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Provide a water fountain or bottles during setting up, dismantling and shows.

The company members leave between the second night of the dismantling and the following morning.
